What is your return policy?

Return (to Azures’ USA or Asia Customer Service Location) any of our non-functioning products within 360 days of purchase for a replacement unit or a refund. We even pay return shipping. (Return subject to Azure Customer Return evaluation for determination of manufacturing defect or user misuse)

Do you ship Overseas and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, Azure ships from either its USA or South East Asia fulfillment operations.
